At Solunaria Home & Body, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each candle is hand-poured with intention and care. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON USED/BURNED CANDLES

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we are unable to accept returns on candles that have been burned or used in any way.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us at solunaria.hb@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will send instructions on getting a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


UNOPENED / UNUSED ITEMS

If you are unsatisfied with an unopened, unused item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unburned, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Burned or used candles
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Wax melts, room sprays, and car diffusers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item not in its original condition

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible unopened item and place a new order.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at solunaria.hb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
