PROCESSING TIME

Each Solunaria candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

CARRIERS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Once your order has shipped, please allow an estimated 3–7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly, especially when ordering as a gift.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Solunaria Home & Body is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or others at your address
  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Reaching out to us at solunaria.hb@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Solunaria Home & Body is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Solunaria Home & Body is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available upon request for customers in the Eagle Lake, FL area. Please contact us at solunaria.hb@gmail.com to arrange pickup details before placing your order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
